"Sports Play" Workout:

In this workout we will do drills for any given sport that you choose. Lets take a look at some examples.

Football: We would do pass route drills, speed and agility drills and passing drills

Soccer: we would do pass drills, speed and agility drills and some distance running.

The sports play workout is essentially a one on one practice


"Endurance" Workout:

In this workout we will work on stamina, both for respiratory and muscle stamina. Workouts will consist of distance running and muscular endurance stations. 

A typical Endurance workout is challenging and rewarding. This can be tailored to your personal needs.


The Elite Workout "Spartan":

In this workout we will have a discussion prior about your own personal goals and I will design a workout that will test your limits. This is a custom workout that will target your whole body.
